After I purchased a dress, I check my bank account and I found out that extra transactions were made, I reported to my bank and police! Now I know who is behind this Scam! Be careful! This website is fake!
Purchased 3 items from this store and they posted each item separately. It's been a good month and I only received the second item today. Quality is VERY poor - bought an off the shoulder dress and the arms are ridiculous and barely connected to the dress! Each time I've contacted them, they sent back a generic reply each time telling me to be patient. I would not recommend this store and feel they should be shut down. What they are doing is false advertising with quality looking images and poor quality product. Their website is well designed which makes it a trap. Don't be fooled by the images and prices. Sizing on the site isn't at all accurate - one of my items was a little too small and I went up a size in that and the other is slightly loose but wearable.
In short - don't waste your money.
I actually did receive my order. My problem is, I used their size chart to determine the size instead of what I know to be mine The item came in as shown but two sizes too big for me. When I contacted them to exchange it for smaller I found out I have to ship it to China at my own expense! $22 to be exact!
Almost as expensive as the item! Definitely not worth sending it back so now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the item...
I placed a ordered, never received it. I haven't got a refund and when I check their tracking it say item is being returned to sender because they couldn't find my address. I shop alot and never have I had problems getting packages or mail. I live in a very nice neighborhood and the address numbers are posted. BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE A SCAM. I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. I WILL BE CALLING AN ATTORNEY OVER LESS THAN A HUNDRED DOLLAR ORDER BECAUSE ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF IT ALL. IT WILL BE WELL WORTH THE MONEY GETTING THEM SHUT DOWN.
The worst SCAM ever! This company will get you by advertising beautiful clothing that look very trendy. HOWEVER. When you receive their product it's the total opposite very Cheap! Don't order with them, I order 11 items, i receive 3 the quality is $#*! like their service and not like the picture, the other 8 items never receive ( more than 3 months waiting) them and they don't want to refund me.
Do not order from them. It is a scam. They take your money and do not send you the product you ordered. Also, when I emailed their support email they were trying to ask for my full card number over email. Any company that charges you only needs the last 4 of your card and the exact amount, not the whole card number. Do NOT TRUST.

Was glad to see my order come in except that I was missing 3 items! Quality is also very cheap which explains why they are sold at low price point compared to retail stores so cannot have high expectations on quality.
Size chart did not match actual size of clothes. Terrible quality of clothing. Seams were frayed. Clothes with "built-in bra" were insanely thin so you could see the padding which was carelessly sewn in and awkwardly placed. It cost me more than I paid to return the clothes, and the company never received the package, so I never got my refund. I will never order from this site again. It's a joke.

Please pay attention to the reviews, I would have ordered, but after reading the reviews on their site, it was crystal clear to me, they are writing their own reviews. Question: is that even legal? This should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, plus Facebook. Beware these people write their own positive reviews. Exact same answer and wording with different names under different products. Where is the consumer protection agency? That is fraud...
I spent 200.00 on this damn site and wverything was wrong! I had to be so exact in buying the right size bc it said each items size chart was different. When the items came in, one was wrong size, others were bad quality, and some just looked nothing like advertised. I wish i never baught anything. They messed up my order and still I have to pay to return it? Go to fashion nova.com... Their actually legit
It's an awesome item! Came so fast, in 10 days! The quality is really amazing, for this price and quality it's a steal! The colors really make me appear more energetic and much younger, this is my most satisfying
Awful they did not want pay shipping. Its cost a lot to ship back it comes from China!. You are pretty much screwed if you want ship it back.
DO NOT buy from this site... I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from Chic Me because all the bad reviews are true. My money was deducted from my account and I never received my order. They're quick to reply to your follow up emails and ensure that it's on it's way and get you to check your local post office, but it's all just a scam. STAY AWAY!
