This is a very poor website it's been almost a month and I never got my jump suit I'm so pissed I should have read the reviews first a lesson learned and I will be letting everyone know they running scams for money
I had read the reviews but I chose to ignore it and still order $100 worth of clothes when it came it looked like something a 2 year old would sew totall different from the pictures. Please do not be like me and ignore reviews
You liar, you obviously work for the company. Everyone can see that. The way you went on about the stitch and seams was the give away. People only mention these things if it's bad. I ordered clothes from Chic me. I paid for a rush on my order. I was supposed to get my order 3 days. Almost a month later and nothing, so I filed a despite with my bank. I then read that a lot of people don't receive their order and the ones that do, there are always clothes missing. The clothes they receive are all very poor quality. Cheap looking poorly stitched. Just cheap looking junk they can't even wear.
I'm still waiting on my order it's a black and white strip pants suit they say was shipped were I don't know it haven't came to me and I can't get no response from Chic me. They want answer no phone calls from the number I looked up and they want respond to no emails. I have got a order from them but they sent wrong order I ordered a blue jumpsuit they sent purple and it looked so cheap and ordered a camufluage ripped jumpsuit they sent a regular jumpsuit. But haven't received my black and stripe jumpsuit they said they shipped that never came
Their boots are cheaply made and when I asked for a refund they stated I have to pay for the shipment.
Why is that when the boots are defective! Their clothing is made of cheap material and poorly stitched

Love love love this dress. Cannot wait to wear it tomorrow night to my birthday dinner. This is a very well made, top end dress. Quality and seaming are great and it is a weighty fabric that is very forgiving to figure flaws. At my age (58) even though I am a small woman (size 4) I like a heavier weight fabric that hides lumps and bumps. This dress really delivers.
I ordered a dress on March 31,2017 and 12 days later I went to the Website to check on my order and it stated Order shipped. Contacted customer Service and a day later they tell me the item is out of stock. Stay away from this website.

If these companies made it clear they're in China then the customer would automatically know to order a larger size. When you consult chic Me about a refund because THEY have sent YOU the wrong size they offer you a measly fiver refund. What the hell am I supposed to do with £5. STEER CLEAR PEOPLE, I wish I'd have read this site first.
This site is horrible. The items look very appealing and cute on the ladies. This is deceiving. I recieved an item that was a horrible knock off of the original. I contacted the site and asked for return but will not pay for shipping. The return shipping was more than the item. I'm giving it to goodwill and maybe someone can use it for a costume or scraps.
Just ridiculous. I purchased close to 400$ CAD of articles in February. It is now April 7th I was able to cancel my orders. It states I will be refunded between 5-7 business days. I then see 3 days after i cancelled the orders, they proceeded to ship the items AFTER I had cancelled my orders. This was their message to me "

I have just recelved my rather expensive ChicMe order (I had ordered a fair amount) but to be overcharged £61 is outrageous. It was clear from receiving the parcel (deliverd by CNE Express Ltd - founded in Shanghai) that it was going to be an unpleasant experience.
I had not received a confirmation email after paying for my products, and from reading reviews, the 10 days it took to deliver was a bit of a surprise.
Some of the products were the wrong size or small, others were missing, others were disintegrating as I was taking them out of packaging, and all were completely different from their counterpart photos displayed on the chicme.com website.
I then looked online to find any customer service details, to which I found, but it says that their HQ is in the UK, of which I am a resident. This kind of fraudulent behaviour I would not expect from either the UK or USA, which is where originally the information guided me to believe the company is based.
Disappointed is an understatement.
I want to start by saying I have ordered a couple things that I was "OK" with but unfortunately I have had more bad experience than good with them. I've ordered a small before but had gotten a medium dress and nothing was done about it. I won't dwell too much on the quality of products because this site is super cheap and you get what you pay for. I have ordered items that were suppose to get to me at a specific time but never did. But inspite all that the thing that UPSET ME THE MOST was that not only ONCE but TWICE they have taken my money when the item was out of stock. How can u charge me for something you don't even have? I am still waiting on my refund for those items!
What ever you do, do not waste your money and time. You will never get your items, be disappointed in the quality and spend countless emails trying to rectify their incompetence. Never Ever Again. And they offered me $2 in credits for my trouble to a site I will never visit again.
I ordered swimsuits from there and the large was like a small I tried to return it and they just argued with me. That's some crap. Oh and they are made of cheap scratchy material. It was shipped from china and they want me to pay shipping to ship back a $15 swimsuit to them. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
Ordered three dresses over two months ago for a birthday party I was attending. I wasn't aware until AFTER I ordered that the ship time was 3-25 days as the shop is located in China. Two months later, I still have not received them. I contacted customer support who told me my order was delivered and if I had a problem to contact my local post office. What a rip off! Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
