I was really disappointed with the quality of the clothes. The material was cheap and it all ran big in size. I reached out to the vendor for a refund and it would cost me more to send the clothes back than what it's worth. STAY AWAY...
I was really hoping the reviews were not true. I ordered a swimsuit from this site. Not only does it look nothing like the one on the site, but it was not lined. How am I supposed to wear an unlined swimsuit. The sizing is also terribly off. I feel like they do a bait and switch. They show you one thing, but send you something different. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

I ordered one item on June 4th and got an email saying it will be sent in 3-5 days. After a month, I get a message it has been sent and a fake tracking number.
I asked for my money back, but don't think that's going to happen.

My order (I paid about $25) arrived 1 week later than expected and not only was it way too big but also very different than on the pictures. I asked for a refund and got told that I could have $5 and a 40% off coupon. I ended up not even getting the $5 because they said that that was a wrong information and I could only get a $5 coupon which would expire within a month. The person answering for customer service changed every time and obviously didn't read the previous messages. I was really disappointed and since I won't order anything else from chicme, the only possibility for me was to either keep the order or senf it back to China and to get a refund, while I would've had to pay the shipping which is very expensive. I ended up keeping the order.
I wish they were more professional, this is like high school kids trying out an online retail business.
It took me about two and half months to get the items I ordered and they were sending one item every two weeks... It's really frustrating

I ordered a dress on June 12th&up to this day it still hasn't delivered&I asked them to cancel the order&refund my money they said they can't because my order is out for delivery, I will never order from this $#*!ing site again, they are nothing but a bunch of scammers, smfh...
I ordered two items of clothing one red and one white. Being familiar with Asian online sites I carefully chose my size which was Medium, their size chart 37 inch bust. Items arrived and didn't get passed my armpits. I measured them they were both 28 inch bust. I contacted them and they said they would give me 40% off next order. I thought I was being very generous accepting that considering that would mean my still paying 60% extra. I went to reorder same items in larger size (disregarding their size chart and hopefully working out what may fit-so it was a risk) on check out I find 40% discount is the ordinary discount for the items, so I would pay exactly the same amount again. Over 50 plus emails back and forth and I have sent photos of packaging, labels, tags, measured items and they eventually agreed that they will give a refund (which I'm dubious about, do not trust them) once I return them at my own cost. Their website returns policy clearly states return postage will be paid by Chic Me if it is their error. I've copied and pasted their own terms back to them but they refuse to accept their own returns policy. I am AUD $94 out of pocket with two items that are wildly incorrect sized. Their website supplies totally inaccurate descriptions and totally inaccurate terms and conditions. I have opened a dispute with PayPal I am hoping they can sort it out after all my patience. I wouldn't buy another single thing from them. Please avoid. I buy heaps on line from Sammydress/Dresslily 5 star for each of those Buykud/Vivid Linen plus I use Ebay and Aliexpress. Never have I encountered such a disgusting company as Chic Me
I ordered from this website 2 months ago... 1 out of 4 items arrived and it is garbage. Not at all what was on the picture and broken! They will not refund your items as well as there is no return address so you can't even get your money back anyway. Do note i repeat DO NOT order from this website. It is a scam and they take your money and don't send anything or they send broken undone items.
Was looking so forward to receive my super chic shoes... I feel scammed. Comparing to picture it's not even a good copy. Total crap.
The dress took its time to reach, I didn't mind because I was going to get a wow dress. Sigh. It was wow alright, wow... how is this crap legal? The dress description said silk. I received a cheap thin stretch material dress that was suited for the dump. The dress had a hole... it was big and yucky. Never me again. If you can't deliver on what you are advertising, please get out of business. This is false advertising.
I ordered from this site Chic Me a year ago. $300 plus order. The clothes took almost a month to come... and the clothes were not properly stitched and some of the clothing came not fully done. There was no return tags or address and contact was bogus... Horrible scammed site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! FCC need to close their site down...

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
