I can't even begin...

I don't know what I was thinking not checking the reviews on this website before purchasing. I wish there was a way to take down a site for it being so bad. I finally received the item that I tried canceling that I didn't even want after reading the reviews. And I can't stop laughing. I wish I could post a pic of what I'm wearing and the pic it shows it's supposed to be. It is the most cheapest marterial possibly made on Earth. It's literally like theyre using monkeys to make their garments. Expect I think monkeys would of done a better job. It doesn't look anything like what you think you're purchasing and I get I was dumb to think I could purchase something so cheap and it be what's in the picture. But I didn't think it'd be this bad. Like, I don't even know if I can even be mad. Because that's how funny it is how bad it is. I hope no one else falls for this terrible false "company".

Sizing is not accurate

Disappointed in the value and sizing of the clothing. It took 2 weeks to receive my items, even though I paid extra in shipping to expedite the delivery 2-5 days after purchasing. Everything I purchased was either too short or too small, even though I made sizing decisions based on their size chart.

After looking into the returns and exchange section on the website... the address provided states as follows '####'... which seems sketchy. I am hoping I can even get a refund on this.

Overall, extremely frustrated with this entire process and impossible to connect with a live person.

I purchased a dress from them which it took along time to arrive when i finally got it it was horrible never shopping with them again the dress was like a long table cloth when i tried to sent it back it was $20 to send it so they wanted to give me a $5 coupon since i didnt like the product. Smh never again

Yes, we accept 30days 100% return, but the return shipping is paid by customer as stated on our website clearly. If you dont want to pay for return, 10% money back is one solution and you still keep it. Order since July... we are in September now still have not received my items. The service support keeps saying its on it way, but to no avail. Stick to your Ebay, Amazon, Venus or even Sammy dress. Customer service is much better there.

Absolutely disgusted with my order I received today, the quality of the fabric was so poor I will never ever wear this item, your pictures make it look so fantastic, however the poor craftsmanship is disputable, you should be ashamed to sell this product. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for it ( wanted it for my birthday 30. 08. 74) ordered it 14. 08. 74, received it 05.09.2017. Your company needs to be closed down, and I will be taking legal proceedings. I will be returning my order back to you and will never ever order from u again! I will be also be requesting a full refund! I will also make sure everyone I know never orders goods from you are your con of a company! I dnt know how you sleep at night! Cheap Nasty I'll fitting clothes! Your disgusting.

After receiving my sandals, not only were they not the same color as the photo, they were made so cheaply that the "leather" was like felt paper. After I tried to get reimbursed from Chic Me, with no luck, I had to go to my credit card company. Stay away from Chic Me.

Ordered a dress a month ago for my bday and it NEVER came. Money was taken out of my account the SAME day. I contacted the company and they had my package going to gardena, but i stay in inglewood! They told me it was a shipping problem and i needed to contact the post office. (The post office is no where near my house.) So long story short, i asked for a refund, they said i need to email the company, BUT i was already talking to the company agent!

I sent an email tho, let's see what happens!:)

Update:: This Was The Email Received.

"LW*******CN dear, you can use this tracking number to contact the local post office ASAP.
Have a nice day"... Sounds like the same exact person I was already speaking to.

So basically, their site is BULL$#*!... Even the FEW people that have received their packages, say NOTHING looks right or fits right, and is CHEAP AF material...

Do NOT order from here EVER! You are better off going to Macy's. :)

Very awful clothes

I shopped alot of clothes in this site because I had a vacation trip coming and also bought some dresses for daily use. I spent about $480 for about 18 items, I thought it wasn't bad but when the items arrived it was totally not what I expected. The material was awful and cheap, the sizes were off -- to think I really used the size guide they provided online and measured almost all of them when they arrived. Do not buy from this site. It's not worth the hassle. Had I known that these came from China, I wouldn't have bought anything in the first place so I wouldn't worry about the return policies.

I only gave them a one I really didn't want to give them anything but I wouldn't let me rate them if I didn't rate them! I ordered from them it took so long by the time it had came in the mail I had completely forgot what I had ordered. One of the pieces of clothes was so cheap looking it felt like a costume on Halloween. I will never order from them ever! THEY ARE horrible!

I spent $80 on clothes from this ridiculous place. One outfit was sent as a small when all others were sent XL so I contact them and they are willing to only give me a 40% off coupon. If i wanted a refund I would have to pay more in shipping than the whole package cost in the first place. Then the second outfit I bought was entirely to short you could see my panties and they were only offering 20% refund like what the hell am I seriously going to do with $3.50? I wasted my money and my time. This place is a rip off! They will never see another dime of my money. I highly suggest never shopping with them!

"just purchased two pairs of sandals that looked so cute on my facebook feed, I received them and they were plastic I am sure if I wear them once they will fall apart and they look nothing like the photo. They will tell you to return at your cost to CHINA which most likely is more than your purchase or give you 20% whcih is 5 to 10 dollars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE".

Worst site ever.

Do Not order from this site. The clothes are trash! I ordered a dress that was totally different from what I seen online it was extremely to big the stitching on the dress was completely out of lining and the clothes look very cheap.

I ordered two dresses in a small size. I received dresses that looked completely different from what the model was wearing. The both looked enormous but one of them was definitely marked wrong because it looked like an extra- extra large. The dresses looked unfinished and there was so much extra fabric in the front and its super wide on top. It looked fitted and small on the model. They are selling lies and when I reached out to get a refund they said I needed to pay for shipping back to China which would have been more than the dresses. I lost my money and the dresses are going in the garbage. They are very defective and have a weird not proportional shape, it would not fit anyone. That was not what they advertised so I should have not been asked to pay for shipping since I didn't order wrong. I ordered 'correctly' and received different sizes and defective dresses. Do not waste your time. You will be very disappointed.

SERIOUSLY, WATCH OUT!
I placed a big order. Got a few items at a time. One was broken and I contacted custmer service through app. They offered a 40% coupon. I was very disappointed as the item could not be used. Fine! I figured it was just one of my 20 ordered itemd. After recieving only half my order I contacted again to ask wassup. They answered: it takes time. SIX MONTHS LATER I still don't have my stuff and they refuse to refund. They say they shipped it. Well I don't have it, the post office does not have it and no my neighbours CAN NOT pick others packages up. It doesn't work like that in Sweden.
I was approved Refund of ONE item, halleluja... but they refuse to refund me the rest. So basically they stole from me. I payed for items that they refuse to resend (if they truly sent them in the first place they would have gotten them returned to sender) and they refuse to refund me.

WATCH OUT! Crappy clothes wrong sizes, totally totally different than in pics... WATCH OUT FOR REAL.

I bought 20 dresses/tops/pants... only ONE is usable. The rest are sub par, some ok. Again at most (the stretchy stuff might work). I only got half of my order. So stupid of me. There goes 2500 SEK down the drain.
