My package was delivered a little late but was in contact and recieved timely updates regarding my order. I love my jumpsuit it fits perfectly. All I expected.
The pictures are deceiving, the products look NOTHING like the pictures, and the customer service is crap. They weren't happy that I wanted to refund because the product didn't look like the pictures. I sent them an email and had an argument for a while, and I was so disappointed in how poorly they manage customer dissatisfaction. After several disputes, I saw that the offer they made was ONLY beneficial to them, so I just decided to just keep the product myself. They said I will get a "discount" for my next purchase, but didn't even give me a code. I found out that it was the discount that the site was already having. But this is just a "discount" to deceive customers into thinking that they are having one, but actually isn't. After this, I was SPEECHLESS. I would never want anyone else to experience such unpleasantness.
I'm very surprised how there's 5/5 ratings here. What I think about this company is the complete opposite.

Really sorry for all the troubles, refund or compensation is 1000% OK if the items came with defection or not like as pictures shown, But most customers who ordered that dress were satisfied, and we can not find any big difference from the photos you sent. They state that they offer a 40% or more discount on your 1st order if you sign up and register your email. I placed my 1st order and no discount came off of my 1st order.
So I tried to cancel my order, but had a problem with their web site. I then cancelled my order through paypal payment. Eventually, I was able to cancel the order on the same day through Chicme.com also known as HongKong Jgao information and Technology Co. Limited.
Their merchandise looks good on-line. I still would have preferred to get the discount offered and probably won't have cancelled if they would have kept their

I ordered a pair of heel. When i got the i notice they looked nothing like the picture. And the show was defective. The heel on the shoe was to short for the shoes! When i got a back for my request for a refund they suggested i try to sell the shoes to someone else. If i don't want to break my neck wearing these shoes why would i wish that on someone else! They also tired to give me a 45% off coupon and told me i would have to pay the shipping if i wanted to return the item for a refund! Why should i have to pay for their mistakes! This is very bad business!

In the end, I got all the dresses I've ordered from half a year ago. When I saw the packages, I already knew it was going be a disappointment, because it was SHIPPED from China! As predicted, everything looked extremely HILARIOUS and was not worth keeping! I will never wear anything that looked like it was made by the hands of a 6 year old child. All the dresses were poorly made and poorly sewn together. Materials are SUPER thin and cheap. Sizing is totally off; it was either too big or too small. Disappointed, & due to fussy returns, all the dresses went DIRECTLY into the trash bin.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 4 sample items for an event on 9/30. My order was placed on 9/6.2 items say have been shipped but apparently are sitting somewhere in Korea. My other 2 items are still "processing" and i now received that one of the dresses i ordered will no longer be sold. Basically what they are doing is false advertising and charging their customers. I will definately be disputing all charges for a refund. Very unhappy customer!

On May 25,2017 I purchases two orders from this website the Sexy Drawstring Heeled Stiletto Sandals 24.74 tracking number is LW*******CN and the Trendy Low Cut Strappy Bodysuit Romper 14.84 tracking number is LW*******CN. The first order I received I was not happy with them but I kept them anyway. And since this order was late coming I decided to refuse and I did on June 26th 2017. Since then I have not heard anything from this company about a refund. I know the tracking has not updated since July but that does not mean that didn't get it. After opening the packages items and trying them on I've realized the hardly any of them items are as advertised! Out of the 9 items I've received ( missing two items) only 3 are satisfactory (if that)! I'm seriously crying right now because I feel like I've been ripped off! None of the heels I bought even fit and the straps are too long to buckle. The jeans look like they were cut with a straight blade and poorly sewn together. I spent nearly $400 CND on this $#*!! I can't stop crying! Why would you do this to you customers?!?
