Clothes are extremely cheap. Everything looks like a cheap Halloween costume material and looks nothing like it does in the photos once you receive it. I can't believe that Yahoo would let a company like this advertise on their page. PLEASE REMOVE THIS BULL$#*!!
They also post fake reviews on the site. And I believe The good reviews if they have posted here are probably fake as well. I'm glad that I only bought a few things just to see how the items were going to look first because I was a little sketchy about it.

I have place a order for this company 4th times, I paid for it, after they collect my money from my credit card they cancel my orders, without a reason, them to return my money I have to wait 4 or 5 weeks.
On the July 25 was the fourth time they collect over a 1000 dollars from my credit card and the send me a email saying they need to confirm my identity, ask me to send then a copy of my credit card, witch I did. I got a massage from a girl name Catherine saying the my order gonna be ship, the everything was fine. I when into the web side today to see the status of my order and the order is cancel again, they have my money already on they account, this really ridicules, I don't know what kind of business they running.

I ordered several outfits from website it was weeks before they arrived and they were not XL it says XL on tag but is is barely a size small they are cheap in material most of the clothes look similar to the ones I ordered but they aren't the ones I ordered. Very poor quality, not as the pictures and that's just the start if your a 14 order the biggest size possible and it still won't fit! As for your money back and you'll be told to post it back to them... that's the crunch it's £20 to return a standard dress (small package) to China! Won't touch them again with barge pool... wasted £24 on a dress I won't even give away! They are getting good money from us British and sending shoddy cloths out my dog's bed is made with better material than this Yellow dress... I think it's fraudulent what they are doing Be Warned you may as well burn your hard earned £20..

I am going to a all white party. I ordered a white dress. When i received the dress there was something on it that may not come off. Also loklok like a "snag" in the dress. I ordered quite a few dresses off of the website and I returned 5 items. I followed the procedures in their return policy, by sending them the tracking number within the week I bought the items. Once they received the items, I did not get a refund. I contacted them multiple times and they told me I needed a receipt to verify the purchase when the website says tracking number or receipt. Its been almost 2 months since I have returned the items and chic me refused to refund me my money even though I received confirmation they received the return items! What sucks is once I received confirmation I theee the receipt away. They never said I needed both a confirmation and receipt they said they wanted one or the other and now they refuse to refund me my money. If I could give them 0 stars instead of one I would! DO NOT buy from Chic me! Their customer service sucks and the quality of most of the apparel is not what you see and what you would expect, hence that is why I returned quite a few items. Not to mention I received multiple packages with no receipt of what items were sent. I had to figure it out!

I am only giving one star in order to write this review. My recent purchase was a jumpsuit which in NO WAY resembles the one in the pictured ad. The quality was extremely flimsy, and the workmanship was shoddy. It is unwearable. I have concluded that that a completely different fabric for the pictured ad is used as opposed to the flimsy, low quality fabric used in the actual clothes. When I called to complain I was advised to just donate my jumpsuit to someone because it's not worth the cost of the shipping return. This company is fraudulent and should be put out of business.

I purchased a dress and bodysuit, both items were too big! Its a hassle speaking with customer service. The material is cheap and flimsy. I will never order from this site again! They actually insisted that I give the items away to someone! Really! My advice is to never order from this site again, its a waste of money!

Never recieved what i ordered,, a random item was sent which they said i could send back at my expense... someone needs to look into this company...
I ordered a dress, a completely different dress was sent to me i informed chicme who said i would have to pay the postage to get dress returned to them. They later offered me a 20% discount when i accepted this i got a very quick reply saying they would only be able to give me a 15% discount. THEY ARE A LAW ONTO THEMSELVES AND I SAY WE ALL GET TOGETHER TO STOP THEM TRADING IN UK
This place is ridiculous! And it's sad because they have really cute items. There customer service SUCKS! I ordered and XL in a bathing suit that WASN'T CHEAP and the material was not only terrible but the size was literally a small and when I tried to exchange the size they said I couldn't. They gave me a discou t and I tried to purchase a sweater when the sweater got here it had a RED stain and black stain on it! RIDICULOUS! WASTE OF MONEY
Materials use to make products are too cheap and products are not as they are on website. Sizes also come up to small.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
