I ordered a dress which I got almost a month later, wrong color, I tried to contact customer service and is just a nightmare they tried to blame it on me and because of that I had to pay for shipping m, not just that but they suggested to re-sale it to friends so I didn't have to pay for shipping and just buy another one from them! I mean really?! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered a dress beginning of November. Checked the progress of my order and nearly 3 weeks in, it was still 'processing 'I never received my dress. Dreadful customer service, they never get back to you.
NEVER trust this site.
I went hrough PayPal to get my refund. Don't let the nice clothes fool you, it probably doesn't look the same anyway. I think ChicMe copy dresses and never get the visiting right.

I order item from them the shipping information stopped in Hong Kong (being shipped to new zealand) it has sat in hong Kong for the past 10 days. The dress was for my father's wedding but it won't be here in time. I have tried to contact them several times and only recieved automated responses. I will NEVER shop there again and DONT RECOMMENDED CHICME

I ordered two outfits from this site one I paid for faster delivery it said (3-5 days) the item did not arrive on time and the outfit I ordered not for faster delivery arrived before the item I paid for faster delivery.
The website help does not help the told me 5-7 working days even thou I had paid for 3-5 days.
I am trying to get refund but they don't seem to give an address to send back too.
Both outfits were of poor material nothing like the photo or description.
I advise anybody to not use or order from this site!

Item took ages to come. The quality was very poor. The sizes quoted on their website were way out. I ordered a M/L which it says is 16/18. I am a size 14 and couldn't even get it on! Tried to return, but they would't pay shipping, which would have been £10 so not worth it. Their best offer was 30% but when the refund came through it was only 20%! Will be arguing that one!

The quality wasnt the beat but for one party dress was great looked same as in picture so thats a plus
I received a top that took 12 days to come when stated it would only take 3-5 working days. The quality of the top was terrible and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I would never order from them again!

I Ordered nine dresses. It took three weeks to reach me. I can only wear three of them. They are not true to size because I wear medium and ordered large and some small, tight and short. Looks different from what is posted on the sight. I read a lot of your reviews and believe they were not true but in fact they are so right.

I have been doing shopping on this site and encountered an issue once. I must say my issue was dealt with speeding and to my satisfaction. Great customer service. The quality of the clothing is also superb. Awesome service
Chicme is without a doubt the worst online store that I have ever used. I have made a couple of orders and both times have had major issues. These include outstanding items after 2 months, deliveries failing to turn up and poor customer service. After one of the items from the first order didn't arrive with the rest of the order I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would arrive shortly thereafter and as I was reasonably happy with the quality of what arrived I placed a second order. The second order was then broken into two shipments, one which eventually arrived in country but I then had to track down and pickup, the other shipment has yet to arrive. What did arrive in the second shipment was poor quality. Never again will I use Chicme. Lesson learnt!

For starters... I ordered a size up. Still recieved a dress that fit my 14 year old! I'm a size 4! Ordered a medium... which should have been perfect per their recommendations. The dress looks like it was put together by a 5 year old! Poor knit quality. Dress is not even at the hem. It was long. Mid calf, not enough width as my thin child had hard time walking in dress! I ordered a dress for Halloween on the 30/09/18.14 days later and it still says its " processing". Have tried to contact them twice and still have no reply. Looking at past reviews I can tell its not a popular site but seeing that some people actually got their stuff and liked it. It gives me a little hope but not a lot. Personally I wouldn't order from here, its BULL$#*!.

I paid for a dress that was 20,68$ at first. Then, all the shipping fees and taxes put the price up to 30.66$. Then, in my bank account they took 41$. The customer service tell me that I have to check with my bank. The dress has been paid a month ago and still not here. It was written ''from 7-15 days to arrive''.
Make sure you keep the proof if you buy from them.

I ordered top and pants set, pants are massive and material isn't the best but for price it's okay. Shipping was fast.
At they website this looks like a really good quality and also they do have good reviews that probably are FAKE. The quality of the clothes that I have received are TERRIBLE and very CHEAP! If you want to RETURN you will also have to PAY for SHIPPING.

Not only did we sent the items back with a detailed list of items that were poorly made, sent United States registered mail. We were NEVER contacted about the issue after we were sent the registered mail receipt that the package had been delivered to

The clothes are poorly made and look nothing like the pictures. The customer service is non-existent. No one answers the phone. Communication by e-mail is non-responsive and is hard to understand. Returned merchandise with signed receipt and merchant denied ever receiving said merchandise. In addition to which the clothes are made in China and take forever to receive. Prices appear to be attractive, on their website, but the shear reality is you get what you pay for. Website is a total scam.
I ordered a swimsuit that came back defective it covers your front but not your butt I also ordered a jumpsuit In size medium they sent me a large an the wrong color they offered me a 25% discount off my next order or I could send the merchandise back at my expense that's not business an I wasn't satisfied now I'm stuck with something I can't wear I won't be ordering again

Some orders are like the picture, I received items with nice quality but sometimes the orders come from a bad store and than is the quality a little pore.
You also can not always depend on the size card and received my order to big, that's to bad because writing an email will not help.
It is a gamble to order from this site. It is easy to order and to pay.
Never buy from this company. The dress took over 2 months to arrive. What I received was disgusting and nothing like the picture. The material was so thin and flimsy. The pictures they advertise are from other companies. They then try to copy the style but can't as they use really bad quality material and don't sew properly. Never waste even £2 on this company.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
