The good reviews yall see on any website about them is fake reviews. Dont order from them i ordered something from them being fast because i should have known they stole that pic off fashion nova because i saw the same outfit on fashionova it was sold out tho so thats why i went on chicme who is stealing pics from fashion nova.com and putting them on their chicme website like they have it but really dont so when i ordered from them was around may30 memorial weekend i should have known something wasnt right because chicme website have bright as day we dont save your card info you can trust us which is a lie thats why they have it on the website saying it because they do steal your card info when i ordered they never sent me a tracking number going on a week so i finally emailed them asking them whats going on they sent me the tracking info and 2 days later my card account was hacked and froze because of these theaving China weirdos DONT ORDER FROM THEM my order still not here yet until next week as the tracking info say but Im sure its not going be what i ordered cause like i said they steal their pics from fashion nova.com goto them they more trust worthy i wish hey wasnt sold out of the item i wanted other wise i wouldnt be going threw bank problems... because CHICME.COM SCAMMED MY ACCOUNT i dont even want a refund Im glad the bathing suit was only $16
You may find quality, inexpensive clothing at ChicMe but if not you will be stuck with a terrible return policy and awful customer service. I will never shop with them again.
I ordered some shoes from this company and never received them! They were shipped from some company called Yun express and there were multiple complaints about them on their website of not delivering stuff!
I ordered for 10 items from them(Chic Me) 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them. And when one of the packages finally arrived the other day I was terribly disappointed. I had ordered a red suit and instead received faded red pants without the top! And forget about their customer service-- they simply don't want to be bothered, which I find uniquely disrespectful. It's almost as though they don't care about what you have to say after they take money off of your account. Please just stick to American sites, at least there somebody will actually care about the reputation of their business. Just cancel this scam. I regret spending so much money on their site, I could have done the shopping elsewhere. I hope this helps you if you're considering this scam. Don't believe what you see on here. They have a team of employees whose main job is to create accounts writing positive reviews about their clothes and all that nonsense that I fell for. Good luck

My order has yet to arrive, but what they did send me was an ugly, black top/2 sizes too big, and now tell me to give it to a friend or sell it on ebay. If I send it back, it must be ensured for $10? More than the piece of garbage is worth. They want a tracking number for returns, but they didn't provide me a tracking number on my order, which they've already charged to my card. Who does business this way? NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered clothing over a month ago that still have not been shipped! I contacted customer service and they BLATANTLY lied and said my item was shipped its been a week and like all my other orders from this SCAM site they have created the label for shipping but have not handed the package off to the mail. I contacted them again almost a week ago and there is no response and no package. If I would have known it takes OVER 6 WEEKS to get my order I would have not ordered! By the time we get the clothes we ordered they will be so out of style and out of taste! But the absolute audacity not to even reply to the customer? NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order from HERE!

Ordered a dress for graduation from ChicMe
Received a completely different dress. They wont fully refund me. They are making me pay for a dress I did NOT order or want. They are trying to offer 15% off coupons, however this doesnt not guarantee me it wont happen again. With this $#*!TY customer service how do they expect me to want to order from them again? chicme is a FRAUD-site. the custom care doesn't exist. they don't answer to the emails. the items do not arrive, and if you register on the site they SPAM you every day with 10 mails. there is no way that you delete you information and profile. they just say that you can sign them as SPAM, buy they will keepo un sending spam. thih is just unlegal

I received two out of three of the items I ordered. Considering the fact that these items were ordered for a photoshoot, and now I am EXTREMELY inconvenienced, I am not impressed as a first time customer at all! I was charged for something I did not received which is not okay. Nor, was I contacted or notified that the item was not available. At this point I need to see some shoes asap, or my account needs to be refunded. Period.
I was trying to give this company a new try but AFTER I receive the shoes that I PAID FOR, I will not be ordering again.

I ordered from chicme on the 5th march an it arrived this morning and iv never seen something so badly made in all my life its awful. Thought i was getting a beautiful baby doll like it looks in the picture but what i got was a disgrace. Its so poorly made i couldn't even get it on as one side didnt match the other the shoulders are uneven. The stitching is hanging out everywhere. What an absolute joke. Money down the drain. DONT BUY FROM CHICME.
Dress was too big around breast area. And the straps so not have a clean ending, it's like a shoe lace without the end part. Very thin material.
Most sizes i wear small i love to scroll n look at the clothes most items cant blow up i dont like that
DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. The pictures are NO WAY similar to the item you gonna recieve. I just lost 100 grounds recieving items that i can't even use. I tought it was a US website but is a chinese one so it took me almost 2 months to get my order.

Awful website. I cancelled my order, the order was processed anyway. The shoes I receive were very poor quality and had a very strong "petroleum smell". Do not trust positives reviews... It's impossible they are legit. Unless you want to pay $60 for a pair of shoes that is not even worth $10!

The pictures are not real and if you look at the reviews EVERY REVIEW is GREAT they are writing out fake reviews to sell their clothing. I wanted to return an item, seller REFUSED to give me a return although thhe site clearly state returns are allowed. The outfit I ordered looked like a halloween costume. I was told to sell my item on "eBay" please don't give this site any of your money, you will regret it. Shipping took over a month and a half. Disgusting service.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
