Shipping could've been a bit quicker, but it did come in as expected

I returned the order because the items did not meet my expectations but I needed to pay for delivery cost and returning cost. In total more than 20 euro

Returns or exchanges are not so easy. Not worth the shipping hassle

I will not order from them again since the majority of items were made with very cheap material that is hot and non-breathable!

Took ages for my order to arrive, it arrived when I had already taken off on holiday.

Sizes are massive overall good quality just bigger than expected

The pants are cute but I never even got to wear them in the button fell off! Felt this was poor quality!

Too long delivery time and no information about the process

I have used ChicMe 3 times and even though the clothes are great and are affordable, they are terrible for 2 reasons. 1) Firstly your order can take 3 months to get to you, so make sure if you are looking to use the outfit that you order months in advance. I learnt the hard way when I ordered for a trip and the clothes didnt arrive in time! 2) Secondly, they will do everything they can to delay and avoid any returns and make it close to impossible to return the clothing in the allotted time.( You have 14 days to return any clothing but they only respond every 24 hours to your query and after 4 days I have yet to get an address to where I can return the clothing.) They derail your questions, try to offer 10% off to avoid difficult shipping charges, question your return reasons, etc. So right now, I am sitting with over $100 of clothing I will never be able to use and no where to return them to and no refund... Overall, the clothes are beautiful, but it's the fact that you can not get a refund on anything that will make me never use this site again!

Worst customer service completey. Totally rude, not reading my messages properly, telling me I have to sort the problem and them completely avoiding their responsibility. So I order over 100 euro worth and got it delivered. Fastway driver stated the package was delivered even though it was not, fastway then admitted to me that they delivered it to the wrong address. I was told I should check the other address it was sent to. Even though it is not my job to do this, I done it anyway, the other address said nothing was delivered. Chic me and fastway are trying to avoid taking responsibility for this issue making me the customer do their jobs. Worse experience ever. The courier has blatantly addmitted delivering to the wrong address and expect me to chase around after it. Chic me is refusing to help me out al alll here. This is a issue between chic me and fastway, i should not have to be trying to sort tjis out and both companies not takibg responsibility.Outrage is not the word.

The only thing that has put me off of ordering again is the delivery time quality of good add lovely

When ordered it says 7-14 day's delivery but unfortunately took 28 days that was the only problem,
