Purchased 4 items on July 28th with expedited shipping of 8-10 days. Needed the items by August 12th. They did not arrive until Aug 19th. If you have a deadline you need items by do not use this site. Customer service was not willing to refund the full amount. They basically stated it was not their fault that the items did not arrive in the 8-10 days. Three of the items were not shipped out for 7 days from date the order was place and the fourth item was shipped at 10 days. How is this expedited shipping! Stay away!

The dresses were cheaply made. Very very disappointed. You need to send turn information.

Theres is an item missing from my order, waited for the second parcel although it advised it was in the first parcel delivered but wasn't, then it wasn't in the second parcel either? There doesn't seem to be an option for me to contact them again regarding the same issue so have paid for an item i didn't receive or get refunded for...

Delivery took awhile, and it's probably because of COVID-19. I ordered this July 12th and just received it Aug 20th. Other than that, the material is really soft and the size fits pretty well.

I love the shirts but the size are totally off, I ordered large and they are to small now I have to return them for a bigger size.

I love the masks and get a lot of compliments on them the only thing is the elastic kind of hurts my ears because they are a little snug

I ordered 2 items. The first item in the order to arrive was a white lace bra set. This was of shockingly bad quality & the workmanship appalling, I didn't dare try it on for fear of it falling to pieces!
The second item was of much better quality & which I kept.
Delivery times are quite slow but as it comes from China this is to be expected!
So far my complaints have been dealt with swiftly but I am yet to receive my refund for the first item - time will tell on this one!
Overall, the experience has put me off buying from this company in future

It took more than one month and the size were two size more than my usual.
I order large but am generally medium. Still they were tight:(
The colors were not the same as what they show..

I ordered a really cute sundress from Chic Me. It took 2 months to arrive. The quality of the dress is good, but the sizing is off. It's running small.

Delivery took a little longer, but the company did a great job keeping me informed of when they were coming!
