Had a hard time completing my order size on outfit was not what it said it was

Delivery was way to long; everyone loves the slippers.

Sadly I have returned the items as they were ill fitting and it didn't look like it did on the pics.

It's unfortunate that the products received are not like the ones in the pictures. The fit is bad either too big or too small and the sleeves are too long over the hands.

I LOVED all the items I got. None were cheaply made! YAY! The fit was as expected except for the dress, the bust area ran small.
I have yet to receive the mesh shoes, however. It did take a little time to receive, so ORDER early...

I absolutely love my outfits. I'm impressed with the quality of merchandise offered & my order arrived in a timely manner from overseas.

It was easy to order online. The delivery time was pretty good. However, the product in person did not look like the product in the advertised picture.

The website posts amazing pictures of clothing for a really cheap price. Immediately you're drawn in as a customer. However, I would warn new buyers that the images you see on their site are basically just a reference for the "copy" version that they will eventually ship to you.

Which wouldn't be such an issue since some of them are cheap so, it's kind of expected. However, the real problem begins when some of the items like the dresses costs anything between 30-50pounds. The dresses / pants are of a really cheap material, weird smell and very odd fitting. To be completely honest, you're better off purchasing a good dress for the same price from a site like prettylittlething or revolve.

I've seen other women use the site and have great complements, maybe I was just unfortunate. I don't really know, but even after speaking to their customer service and explaining how unhappy I was with the products, they were only willing to offer a 30% return on the items. So, yeah, shop at your own risk I would say if you are a first timer. Or just buy a couple pieces to "test" it out.

Shopping on the website was easy and effortless however, the shipping aspect was not quite within the time frame specified. It took about two weeks or more, I know covid has had an adverse affect on businesses worldwide so I'm hoping that's the reason and it's not a normal practice.

Knowing small pieces were not really that amazing I will not order again
