The website posts amazing pictures of clothing for a really cheap price. Immediately you're drawn in as a customer. However, I would warn new buyers that the images you see on their site are basically just a reference for the "copy" version that they will eventually ship to you.
Which wouldn't be such an issue since some of them are cheap so, it's kind of expected. However, the real problem begins when some of the items like the dresses costs anything between 30-50pounds. The dresses / pants are of a really cheap material, weird smell and very odd fitting. To be completely honest, you're better off purchasing a good dress for the same price from a site like prettylittlething or revolve.
I've seen other women use the site and have great complements, maybe I was just unfortunate. I don't really know, but even after speaking to their customer service and explaining how unhappy I was with the products, they were only willing to offer a 30% return on the items. So, yeah, shop at your own risk I would say if you are a first timer. Or just buy a couple pieces to "test" it out.
Shopping on the website was easy and effortless however, the shipping aspect was not quite within the time frame specified. It took about two weeks or more, I know covid has had an adverse affect on businesses worldwide so I'm hoping that's the reason and it's not a normal practice.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
