Masks were great and selection on apparel is really cute, however, apparel sizes are not reliable. I'm normally a size large or 12 in tops and bottoms. I ordered a 2 XL and the for was definitely not satisfactory. I will try and get a refund or will have to gift this to a much smaller person.

I finally received my order. It didn; t look anything like I ordered. There were sequins that drew me to the top. When I received it, there is one sequin that is BLACK and throws the whole concept of the top off. Not satisfied! Have finally learned my lesson about ordering off of Facebook ads!

Very satisfied with the product. Shipping took a while longer than expected though.

The sliver part of the dress keeps itching to my skin also it kept on tangling around my heels I almost felt with the sliver part o the dress been wrapped around my heels but overall I got compliments of the dress

The way this jumpsuit Didn't fit is ridiculous. You will need to go up at least 2 sizes.

It took about 3 and a half week to receive my purchase and when I got it it was too small. I was not satisfied at all.

Order 7 suits they came in 5 different packages. Reasonable prices, some of the suits run small in the bottom and I ordered all large

Took a while to receive my order. Never received a confirmation of my order or when the items shipped. Only received three of the five items that I ordered, but was still charged for all the items!

Was very hard to correct a credit card number. Had to go out and in multiple times.
Also can't get details of order anywhere, so can't verify that I ordered a large. Not user frienfly

Two of my items were exactly as I expected. Material doesn't feel luxurious, but you aren't paying luxury prices so keep your expectations realistic. Did order one item that was garbage. The satin was like paper and the bralette literally unraveled when I pulled it out of the bag.

The size of the article purchased seem to be smaller than the size indicated. Example, the XL ordered fit more like a Large.

The delivery with hermes is awful!
2 times they told that my adresse is incorrect - but i checked: it was correct.
Every time i have to login hermes and tell them where to deliver the parcel
Please never send parcel again via hermes!
