The dress is a cute dress but the lace was ripped on the ends of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress

Product quality it's average. Sizes are not accurate. My order was split in two because they didn't have everything in stock. Definitely not buying from here again. Oh and it took 3 three weeks for half of my order to arrive. Today is February 14/2021 and still waiting for the rest of my order.

The fit is completely off as the cut in the item received is unrecognisable compared to the picture especially with the top

When the products arrived they were extremely small more like extra small. The swimsuits were difficult to put on.

Products were badly made. I paid £35 for two sets. My black piece was a round of fabric and under wear "large" that I couldn't get over my thighs, and I'm not a big girl. Then the blue piece fell apart as I got it out the packet. Absolute waste of money. When I asked for a refund they gave me 20%. £4.98 they sent me. Do not only did I skint myself to ‘treat' myself, but I got the wrong money back. I will not be shopping here again.

I have ordered a couple of time and the items have been okay. Never amazing but okay. I will never be ordering again and this time my item was terrible. It felt so cheap and not nice at all. As you have to pay to send anyone back this will just be going in the bin

I had a terrible experience with chic me I received fake products (hair). I was told it was 100% from customer service.

Items were too loose and not what they look liked on the picture

The shirt would've been fine but it runs move way smaller than the size stated
