Can't refund easily- offered 10% refund and had to keep fighting

The quality of the items purchased are exactly as advertised also the items purchased were delivered as indicated in the advertisement

Delivery took way to long. But I loved the clothes!

I purchased from this company because I love the unique prints, variety and costs. This was my second purchase. Please double check if the item runs small/big. Ordered a pair of sneakers in my size, but they ran smaller than what I usually get. I love the shoes, but have no use for them as there is no return/exchange/return policy. Will probably purchase again, but will be cautions of the footwear.

I asked to send me an adresse to do an exchage no one get back to me

This product is nothing like it is described! The material is non existent

I waited over a month to receive my order and was not please with the quality and size of the sandals.The sandals runs small, I sized up which is what I do with all my sandals and they still didn't fit. Customer support was terrible and was really no help at all.

All the shoes were too small. Not true to size. When I asked for return through email I got a run around reply several times. Everything you asked of me I did it. But still got a run around. All of my emails should show exactly what I'm saying to be true. Anyway I sent the package back for refund!

Waited a few weeks for delivery and after emails back and forth was informed the dress was out of stock. Although I did receive a refund very quickly but was disappointed not to get the dress

I've had some stunning pieces from Chicme and some terrible ones. It's pot luck but worth the gamble.

I was disappointed that 2 items were out of stock before I received my order. I did appreciate the messages to offer other options or refunds.
