I didn't get my order I email and email but no response I am very disappointed I lost 68 euro I really want my order ore my money back this is not fair
I love shopping at ChicMe but I find the neck opening on some of the clothes are way too small. You have to fix that. But overall I love looking at all the beautiful items, I love the uniqueness of the clothes
Communication is not good with regards to goods being out of stock. Plus the time it takes from order to deliver its poor. I waited 5 weeks for my delivery. I had to email on a few occasions to see where my order is.

Ask to do a return and gave my reasons why. Should of been an easy process.
But instead it all happens through a chat window. You must provide pictures and give your reason for a second time. And i have not yet heard back.
Dress was ok but a lot creamier than in the photos/videos but it's the customer service returns process and cost that I am rating. Awful and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, and that's saying something.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
