I have never been disappointed with ChicMe i always get a perfect fit when I shop from your instagram page

Don't like them very cheaply made. I would like to return them but cannot figure it out on web.

I tried to return an item, as it was to big, they would not give me a full refund. I agreed upon a 15% refund and I would keep the item. Which after numerous times I told them I had no use for! They still insisted. I haven't received the 15% refund. Will not do business with this company ever again

My experience was good shipping takes longer than expected

Waited 2 weeks for my order and it was sent to the wrong address, when I finally tracked it down I was told that it had been sent back to sender, contacted chic me and requested that my order be sent back to me with a quicker delivery time due to the inconvenience, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my order… not good enough

Please give your self at least two weeks to receive your order.

Je n'ai jamais reçu mes colis et je suis depuis plus d'un an en contact avec votre service client qui me prend pour une ….
Ci-dessous le dernier message envoyé car ça devient plus que déplacer de ne pas me rembourser alors que j'ai les preuves des transporteurs que mes colis n'ont jamais été livrés.

J'ai contacté différents organismes et mon service juridique me demande de déposer plainte.

A ce jour, et malgré les preuves évidentes que ce colis n'a jamais été livré, vous refusez de procéder à mon remboursement de 170 euros.
