I tried to return an item, as it was to big, they would not give me a full refund. I agreed upon a 15% refund and I would keep the item. Which after numerous times I told them I had no use for! They still insisted. I haven't received the 15% refund. Will not do business with this company ever again

I received two dresses of the same. I wanted to return them in a timely fashion, but customer service was not good. I still have the dresses that don't fit properly. I followed instructions, but didn't receive a response.

It was sent to wrong address all my fault. By the time I realized it it was already sent. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and they were very gracious and sent me one to the correct address

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
