I ordered a jumpsuit & a dress and both of them exceeded my expectations. Very good quality! I also received my order in a very timely manner. I will be ordering again.
After waiting 25 days for my order I emailed to find out where my order was. They said they only had one dress in stock so they would send what they had and send the other dress when ready. I have now received both dresses which are lovely but it was delivered to my bin

Horrible from the beginning to the end. 3 weeks to arrive, the product was nothing like in the photos. Got blisters and the black color impregnated in my skin at the back, after 20-30 minutes of wearing it around the house. Horrible smell/ odour.

Horrible! They were emailing me at first when I told them that the dress did not work. They tried to give me 30% of my money, and I keep the dress, but I don't need it if it didn't work.
I ordered $300 worth of clothes on June 20th and today is July 28th and I still haven't received my items. I have been going back and forth with their customer service chat and they don't want to give me my money back, they keep telling me that my items were shipped but when I try to track my items with the UPS tracking # its says no information found. I ordered from here before the first shipment I got in about 3 weeks but this shipment was never received and its been 38 days since I placed my order. I would not recommend this site to a stray dog along side the road!
I purchased 4 short sets at a great price. Delivery time took awhile but it was so worth the wait. I love my outfits! So comfortable and true to size. Well made as well. I will be purchasing more clothing from chickpea.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
