Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery. Some products were great and others just weren't worth it. Material on some felt strange and and cheap, other items were great. For the amount of money spent just over half the items were as expected, the rest were a let down.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
