I order an item from chicme on June 28th. So every few days I check the status of my item. It stayed on processing for a couple of weeks, then it went from processing to no order at all so I contact them I was told that the order was not in stocks to be patience and my order will be sent as soon as its restocked so I found a replacement for the sold out item now I can't get a response from nobody I'm really upset they are very unprofessional why did they take my money if the item was sold out. This was my first time ordering from them I will not do buiness with them again, I've numerous of times to send my order or refund my money still no response.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
