Please do not purchase ANYTHING from this site. It's been over a month and I still have not received the items purchased. Additionally, I received fraudulent charges on the card I used to make the purchase for a suspect company with a similar website -- liveme.com instead of chicme.com. I have reported this company to my financial institution and also the BBB. Hopefully they will be shut down soon!
I waited a long time for delivery. Would not give me a date for delivery items have arrived and are of poor quality. Would now like to know how to return them?

I recently used the sizing chart on their website to purchase a couple of blouses. The items arrived AFTER MORE THAN 30 days, one more items still waiting which is going to be around 45 days! And the sleeves were too short. Size didn't match at all their sizing chart!
The big problem was when I attempted to return the item. This is their response:

Why I have to pay for a shipping twice? So they offered me 30% of my items, essentially they were offering me $7 for a $35 item. I absolutely warn anyone thinking about buying from this company NOT TO DO SO.
Not satisfied, the entire outfit was way too big. I ordered an outfit prior that way way too small. The sizing of the clothes does no work for me, I have 2 outfits that's I can't even wear. I decided to order again and move up a size since the first outfit was extremely tight. I won't be ordering clothing again from ChicMe
The material was not it's best but I can rock it and I paid for it in I believe match or April and I didn't receive it until may 24th. Then the material was not the best it was very cheap for the price they charge. I think they over charge for the product.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
