The shopping experience was easy and perfect with the exception of the length of time to get it. Ordered April 19, received May 25th, but I am glad O ordered it, I packed my patience overseas orders can be timely. Then I checked on the order and everything showed up fine.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
