Great selection of products m styles. Easy to order n received quickly

All items were lovely and just as I had expected. Will defiantly be ordering from you again. My only issue was that 1 item was out of stock and therefore it held up my entire order, which then meant my items were not dispatched or delivered to the time frame expected.
I had to chase for my order to obtain this information and then physically ask them to post out what was in stock and the extra item to follow - if someone had reached out to me first I might have been able to receive the rest of the items in the time I'd hoped and not miss the event date I needed the clothing for.
So my only observation to note, if perhaps either make it policy to distribute items that are in stock with the other items to follow, or some one within customer services make contact when they know an item isn't available to make that decision at the time.

I loved how the shoes looked but they did not fit quite right. The length was perfect, the width was perfect, but the way the straps were they kept trying to turn and my feet wouldn't even be completely on the shoe.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago. Still haven't received it. When I inquire about it - I am constantly disconnected by the customer service rep. I was sent an email asking if I received it and asking me to email them if I haven't. I did email them and then I get an error about the email address that was supplied by them.

Easy to purchase, not Amazon Prime delivery times, but overall fair prices and delivery time!

Very disappointed. The quality of the fabrics did not look anything like the original pictures posted. Big disappointment.

I'll try ordering again, but this first experience hasn't been so great. It's taken a little over a month to receive 3 of the 5 items I ordered. I like the items, but the shipping time has taken much longer than expected.

It's my 1st time ordering and it went smooth my items are quality and delivered with care!
