Ordered an item( dress), checked up on returns, all checked out.
Once I received item. Was too big and went to click on returns to return it and it said … this item cannot be returned.

You are not serious about your clients, you should try and solve problems concerning our deliveries.

I tried to return but despite me putting in the order number the site couldn't confirm my order. So I have no order to return the product against.

You will pay over £15 worth of express shipping. They will say it will take 7 days but it's a lit it will actually take a month. Bad customer service. Everything about this site is horrible. Until they work on these things never again. Worst experience ever

I ordered these shoes for my wedding shower and paid for expedited shipping. Instead of arriving in 7-9 business days it arrived 13 days later. That's the time for standard shipping, so I paid $20 shipping for nothing. They weren't even here on time or remotely close to it

The delivery took a long time so received after I'd got back from my holiday that I had ordered it for and the fabric used was not as it looked in the picture. I ordered for an evening dress but it has arrived in a cotton jersey so only suitable for a day/cover up.

Waited a while which was to be expected but when they arrived the clothes are tiny and not true to size
