Once they finally arrived, One dress was too big. The other was poor quality. I emailed for a return but was advised that the shipping would be expensive. Offered me 10% refund. Then settled on 20%. I wanted to return the items

Like I said The worst customer service they make everything difficult to give your money back, even though they send the wrong items defect items in the wrong sizes, and the quality is the worst so be careful when you buy from them. If they send you some thing that you did not order, they would do everything in their power not to give your money back.

All items were lovely and just as I had expected. Will defiantly be ordering from you again. My only issue was that 1 item was out of stock and therefore it held up my entire order, which then meant my items were not dispatched or delivered to the time frame expected.
I had to chase for my order to obtain this information and then physically ask them to post out what was in stock and the extra item to follow - if someone had reached out to me first I might have been able to receive the rest of the items in the time I'd hoped and not miss the event date I needed the clothing for.
So my only observation to note, if perhaps either make it policy to distribute items that are in stock with the other items to follow, or some one within customer services make contact when they know an item isn't available to make that decision at the time.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
