The product does not look as good as the picture on the website!

Terrible I have not received the item I ordered it's been weeks now

I had to get a refund and the communication was excellent and the response was quick.

Amazing shoes, very comfortable and packaged well. Was expecting it to take a while to arrive, but was a little quicker.

The website has not allowed me to use discount codes that were sent to me via email from ChicMe. Also shipping is slower than other companies.

When the dress finally arrived I was very disappointed in the way it looked, it's T-shirt material not Polyester it looks very cheap & nasty.
Was told if I returned it it wouldn't be worth it as too expensive so was offered 10% refund.
Never heard of a company who work this way!

Ordering was fine receiving the product took time examining the purchase once it arrived poor poor quality nothing like the photo shown would not wear very thin, packaging wrinkled I'll give them as a donation to my church to give to the homeless

The shorts are of poor quality, the legs are different lengths and the bib barely reaches my chest and I'm only 5'2". Trying to find a way to return them was also difficult and still not able to do so!

Very disappointed product was miss leading what is on site is not what you received size quality and overall not good.

I never received my order and when I emailed Chic Me they said it had been delivered and that I need to take it up with the courier and would not refund and offered a $10 credit, my order was for £56 worth of items and this is not acceptable

Hate the product did not look like pic too small overall experience HORRIBLE so not purchase off this site

It took 3 attempts to send my dress back you keep offering me a discount as the dress was too small the discount was of no use to me and in the end it cost me £5 to return it and have used other online companies and they do not charge for returns it was my first order with you and it will be my last unhappy customer

Delivery slow. Necklace nice but the long sleeve too poor quality and not really as described.
