Received the wrong size outfit. I reached out to customer service. They said send pictures and we will go from there. Did my part and still a week later no response. Will not be ordering again.

The quality was shocking and when I asked to return the item they only offered me a10% refund.
Will never use them again

The material is not as nice as it is in the pictures and the fit is weird. Shipping took forever. Will not shop this site again.

I ordered an item over a month ago and never received the item. After emailing their support system they tell me " To follow up with your local post office" we have no responsibility after we ship it! I recommend not shopping with anyone who defines service this way.

Still haven't received refund for the item that was no longer available. I bought the items for a specific event, but the order didn't make it in time. It took over 3 weeks to receive! I tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late which it wasn't because it hadn't shipped. (I tracked it)

Dress fits awesome and super cute BUT the image is backwards so it says SESOR DNA SNUG, not Guns and Roses. Not worth mu time to refund it

1. Material of items were poor and cheap
2. Customer Service had lack of communication and poor response
3. Return policy - asked to wait 3 days to return your items that the customer pays to return - what sense does that makes
4. After paying to return, my refund was short - did not receive back what I paid
5. Entire interaction with Chic Me - was poor and I feel robbed
