I waited four weeks before I contacted them bc my order still said process. So they said that my item was on back Oder so I wanted another two weeks and it was still processing. Cancelled my order. Have yet to see the refund hit my account. Been about a week.

It is beyond ridiculous to try to return anything. Once my returns were passed the 14 day period and I completely understood not being able to return that. But the next order I wanted to return within a week and they still said the 14 day limit had been exceeded which it had not. There was already an order in transit which I didn't even open and submitted return immediately because now I will no longer shop with them. Responses from them were delayed and then they responded at least 3 or 4 times offering a ridiculous discount for me not not return the items (first offer was 5% and final offer was 30%). I will never shop with them again. Horrible service and many items received did not look like the picture.

I received my order a day after I left to go on my cruise on August 14th almost an entire month to receive the estimate for delivery was two weeks which almost took an entire month
