Bad have not received any parcel which I wanted for my holidays in August I am now back and still no sign of product

Quality of items were poor, trying to get a refund took a few weeks, I was offered 20% off then 30% off despite asking for a refund due to poor quality, this was not an easy process, the items took three weeks to arrive, it's been over a week and I still have not received my refund, would not use you again

My experience with chic me has been very different. It's taught me not to order anything for a trip with the exception of my shipment arriving on time. Although my items are nice I don't have them when I needed them.

Was very pleased from start to finish. Had updates of order throughout.

I have ordered before and no problems but placed a second order and can't get any tracking information or the order. After all this time if you don't have the product then run my money back this is ridiculous

I was very disappointed with the overall quality and look of these short sets. The "drawstring" is not real and could not adjust easily. Product looks and feels cheap. Waste of money.

I like the choices but it is too hard to keep up with shipping. I have paid two fraud shipping charges thinking it was related to this company and still do not have my order from June 9,2023 and it is August 28.

Extremely cheap and I won't wear it I may use it on my dog. I'm done ordering from here

I love the clothes it just takes so long to come. I think that sometimes they are not coming.

Some of the cloths were cute, some did not look like what I ordered, it looked cheap, and the material looked old.

I waited four weeks before I contacted them bc my order still said process. So they said that my item was on back Oder so I wanted another two weeks and it was still processing. Cancelled my order. Have yet to see the refund hit my account. Been about a week.
