My experience with chic me has been very different. It's taught me not to order anything for a trip with the exception of my shipment arriving on time. Although my items are nice I don't have them when I needed them.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
