The ordering on-line was fine, but it is VERY deceiving, the clothes looks nothing like the pictures, the material is of the cheapest like something you would find at the DOLLAR STORE.
When you place an order and then receive the WRONG sized item as well as USED items that don't have all the parts and they don't even come in boxes, you expect a return process. Well not with this sham company. Nope. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. ONE came in a box that was crushed and no information on it, one came in a bag with no tags or information on it, except the number 7 for size, I ordered a 6, and the last pair was just tossed in loose at the bottom of the shipping bag no tags, or any identifying information (shipped in bag not box, with a hole in it). Look every where on the site before finding the only way to "start the return process" (their words) are to contact CS. Then you contact CS and let them know the problem items, they want a SKU, you mean YOUR SKU from YOUR invoice related to the exact items in question that I sent? Okay, so SKU directly copied and pasted from the same invoice the generated the "return". Another day goes by, this time they want pictures of the SKU number attached to the shoes? How in the world can I send a picture of something that doesn't exist. They know this perfectly well, that's why they didn't ask for it the first time when they asked for the SKU and that's why they ask for it in the next email, to make sure to keep stringing you along -- on purpose -- so you don't realize they are a scam company until you've wasted tons of $$ on product you can't use. Every time you email they ask for more and more stuff until finally they just say -- "OUR SITE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS" -- they are the ones that sent the wrong size, they are the ones that sent damaged missing items. Any they are the ones refusing to accept returns.
I have not been disappointed every time I have ordered which has been quite often!

This site is totally falsely advertised. The clothing is extremely cheap and the quality is very poor. It looks nothing like What's advertised. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
