The items material look very different online than in person. I find the clothes ok.

The item does not look like the picture which makes the fabric look silky which it isnt. Top is OK and I wear it but certainly not as described.

I don't mind the wait to receive beautiful and unique clothing. What I do mind is that the sizes are very small and the measurements do not match the actual clothing. Even this would be fine if I were able to return them but, you get offered a small percentage off with a threat that you'll pay a lot in shipping to get the falsely advertised clothing back to them. Now, I know it says "Easy Returns" on their app but believe me, it's anything but easy. After staring at my phone for 45 mins-am hour multiple times, while waiting my turn to chat to an agent, I am then kicked off with a message of "click to reconnect" message and receive a email that says that I missed the chat.
I've put in tickets about it when they ask for the skus and they are not listed on the item descriptions.
Difficulty applying discount codes, falsely stated clothing measurements, and the obvious lack of a reasonable return policy is why I'm done with Chicme. All they want to do is send you cheap, ill fitting clothing pieces (for an inflated price) and then take your money and RUN!
