A few of my items were too small even though the size were medium which is my normal size

The long sleeve print shirt sleeves were too small. I couldn't get the blouse over my head. I'm really a medium I up the size to large but the sleeves were too small.

The short sleeveless top I never received.

Stunning dress but took too long to ship from date of order. Cancelled the second dress before it was dispatched.

The clothing items I received were not comfortable on my skin; they were made of a rough material. Some items were also see-through, which I did not expect. And some of the items did not fit (both too big and too small). I am usually a size S, but after this ChicMe order, I am not able to predict what size will fit me from this company.

But this has been the least of my struggles with this company.

I still have not received a refund for the clothing items I returned back in August. I tracked the return shipment, and it was received on August 20,2021. It is now October 19,2021, and the return policy states that a return will be processed within 7-15 business days.

I am frustrated and exhausted by this return process. As recommended by a Customer Service Representative, I am now going through my credit card company and initiating a dispute with ChicMe. But I wish I did not have to.

Received my outfit in a good amount of time. Didn't take forever like other sites
