I am a customer and I am completely unhappy with you all's services! I bought 3 dresses and once I received them and tried them on I can't fit them. They are too tight and do not fit me how it looks in the picture! I'm trying to return them and the fact that you guys do not answer the phone or even get back to you with a response in a timely manner is completely unprofessional! If the dresses to not fit and I can not wear them you guys as a company need to properly refund me money. This was damn near a $100 order that you guys are trying to give me nothing for and telling me I can keep them and you'll will give me $9.00 in coupons for! Do I look like I will ever purchase anything from you guys with the service that I am receiving now. I need a full refund and you guys can take these dresses back the do not fit me!

I order over 400$ for clothes. Can't fit any they won't honor there return before 30days. There's no number to call. All they do is email. Offering me 30% off. No I want a refund like it says I can get before 30days after delivery date. Not fitting absolutely nothing is a qualifying reason. It's says true to size. I made many order with true to size and this company the only one who don't fit.

Very upsetting. I was expecting what I've purchased to be exactly like the picture but it's not and I feel it's falsely advertised. That's not fair. And I've spent 40$ for nothing.

The return policy is terrible and takes forever to try and initiate a return.

The dress arrived squashed into a tiny bag all creased, it looks terrible, it's also too small around the bust, the sizing is wrong.
I have asked for a refund but haven't had one yet.

I found the last top very tight around the arms, and was not long enough. I have ordered the same size on other tops no problems.
