The package took a little long than expected. Not sure if is because it's coming from Asia but I rather buy stuff in USA with faster shipping and better quality.

Fabric on all the products was way too cheap for me. The white dress way too tight and cut weird and I don't want any of the things I purchased. So, is there any way for me to return them and get my money refunded?

It didn't except my cash app card. But visa. Payment went thru good and tracking info was a plus.

Overall I was happy with my experience, luckily because of the blouse.
I had hoped for a better experience with the jumpsuit, although I knew it would be longer than I needed, due to my height. It seemed the jumpsuit ended up being a plus size, to me, based on the waist size and inseam.

I have received the absolute worst customer service! I returned my complete order because the quality is awful even items that are not returnable because again the material is like tissue paper so I don't want any of it. The return slip clearly has the weight noted but chic me sends me another email advising I have to provide them a description of the items they clearly sent me…. WHAT?! The company has the description! Then advises because I can't provide description of items the company sent me they're can't refund me. HORRIBLE company need to be out of business.

Seems good. Just shocked that I had to pay for shipping. That's not what it originally stated.

I'll only buy shoes as I was dissatisfied with the clothing quality.

The dress is not the size as advertised the dress is too small and short and I asked for a 2xl but your sizing is for a 1xl
