I had hoped for a better experience with the jumpsuit, although I knew it would be longer than I needed, due to my height. It seemed the jumpsuit ended up being a plus size, to me, based on the waist size and inseam.

I have received the absolute worst customer service! I returned my complete order because the quality is awful even items that are not returnable because again the material is like tissue paper so I don't want any of it. The return slip clearly has the weight noted but chic me sends me another email advising I have to provide them a description of the items they clearly sent me…. WHAT?! The company has the description! Then advises because I can't provide description of items the company sent me they're can't refund me. HORRIBLE company need to be out of business.

I ordered from this company and the pictures showed the shirts to be long but when I got them they were up to my waist. Not something a lady would wear maybe a bad girl. Very poor workmanship. Contacted them and was told to send them back and send my shipping cost. I did all this and then they told me they would not reimburse me. It cost 20.00 to ship this crap back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT GOOD. BEWARE

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
