Very swift delivery, unfortunately the dress had damage to the sleeve snd the shoes were too tight.
I've since returned them, I had to get in touch with ChicMe via WhatsApp as I was unsure of the returns procedure, they responded straight away and it was very helpful. They have responded and said once items are received they will proceed with a refund. So far I have had great service.
I made a purchase and had to return 3 of the 7 items I purchase. I logged on the website, reviewed the process for returns, received a label with a bar code, packaged my items up, took them to postal service, paid 24.00 in shipping cost. Never rec'd a refund. Checked tracking and found that item was delivered to them on 08-03-21. I reached out to customer service to inquiry about my refund. Uploaded tracking information to confirm delivery. They still have not refunded me my money. So now they have all the money I spent on the initial purchase 155.00, the clothes back that I wanted to return and I'm out of my shipping money. Its poor business and a rip off. However, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau, BBB and PayPal
Disappointed! I do not recommend this site to anyone. Stick with Boohoo or pretty little thing!

Won't let me return because it had been over 7 days but that was because they took so long to respond to me. Wow. Horrible customer service. The quality of the items is really bad. Very cheap.
Update: They are saying that I didn't contact them until 8 days after my order so they could only give me a 20% refund even though I told them I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my items. I guess I have new paint clothes. I would not wear something so cheap in public. This whole process took over a week for me to get an $8.00 return. They tried to make it right but fail to see that their attempt wasn't even close to good enough to be considered good customer service.
Took too long, when it did arrive it was poorly made with very cheap material. Returned at my expense, still awaiting a refund!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
