I'm very disappointed, the product that I order was too small from the size it was in catalog, plus some off the items was torn and falling apart. Also had problems with return. No full returns... I know for sure that I will never order anything else from CHICME!

Waste of my time as the return process is time consuming and senseless.

Delivery time is a little longer than most places but this site is good for the price for women's clothes

Pics are nice; but the outfits are slightly off. They will not honor there return policy. I was offered 15% of my purchase and I could keep the clothes. But if I can't fit them why keep them.

I would have preferred to return all the items that didn't fit for a different size &the items I didn't want I should have gotten a FULL REFUND in those not just 19.00 & some change. Cute clothes but disappointed with return/refund

Several times i have ordered and items take so long to arrive. When they do get to you the quality is poor completely different to the picture and the Returns procedure non existent only if your fluent in Chinese. Should be renamed TricMe..
