Straight forward, however I ordered on the 16th September because I wanted the items before the 4th October to take with me on a break from the UK. They were delivered on the 15th of October.
I still haven't receive the shoes.

Someone disappointed as the pictures of the clothing's are much better then the real thing. Some items don't really fit properly. Thank have to wonder if you conduct a quality assurance review? I, e. The white sweater … the front of it falls down past my chest? Not sure why as the picture shows how nice it sits on model.

There is a low quality in the fabric, confection and sizes.
In some cases sizes are smaller in other are ok.

Great but should show shipping time before ordering.

Customer service was great and helpful. Deliver took time but normal at the moment. Most products great, I will change size next too. Knitted dress too big and sexy little black one stitching not great. That was my favourite on site.

Chic me is a huge scam. I place an order 8. 19. 21 and i received 9. 9. 21 the same day i requested for a return label and told me that they can give me 10% of my purchase and i can keep the ite. Why would a person would keep something if it doesnt fit and making us feel like $#*! cuz we dont fit on it. And after few days going back and forth they telling me you passed the 7 days for return and cant give me my money back. How is that my fault when i told them the same day that i wanted my money back. Hugeeee SCAMMMM dont buy from themmmm
