I ordered a dress as a guest but they never sent it. I tried to get a refund at least, but they never did saying they don't have any order information like that. THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY. The customer service keeps saying the same thing over and over. Not helpful at all. It doesn't make sense that they could not find it even though I sent them the entire email copies that I received when I purchased the item. SCAM

Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent and if this review gets taken down I will be posting the conversation between myself and the company on here to warn others. This isn't a fake review thy stole my money and have possession of my items! They have my items that I paid for and they won't issue me with a refund or even an exchange It is unlawful to hold onto the items that a customer has paid for and I even asked if they could return the items back to me they said no because the warehouse isn't here… and I have provided proof of the refund from messages and emails from Australia post with the tracking details. This was the first time I've ever returned items to them and I can't believe they are telling me they can't access my items because the warehouse isn't here meaning what exactly? These people are are con artists… I will be spreading the word on all social platforms to inform customers this company is a SCAM!

I was not able to return 2 items i did not like, they offered me 20 pounds off for the next shopping, but i could not match it with their other coupons, so it was not a deal. I will refrain from buying on this site in the future because of that issue.

Horrible experience! Took over 10 days to even show my order was processed. I had to email them asking what was going on. They said they were waiting on one item that was out of stock (which why was this even offered online?). I said okay... so why not send my other items while I wait. So they said they will send two separate shipments then. Waited ANOTHER week and STILL said processed. I finally asked for a tracking number and miraculously the next day, "label was printed." The USPS tracking said it was "printed" for almost THREE weeks. Did not even ship. I then emailed about 4 times and after someone replied miraculously AGAIN, it shipped the next day. Now tell me why a month and half later (after my event passed) and me asking for proof each time and almost 10 emails, I get BOTH packages at the same time at my door. But I thought they were out of stock and shipped separate (according to them)... Oh, not to mention they sent me to wrong color of the dress (or they sent the right one and it looks COMPLETY different online) and the two jackets I got did not look as in the picture, material was cheap, AND it shrunk! Total freaken waste of money. I literally ordered Shein a couple weeks after ChicMe and received everything BEFORE ChicMe. And ChicME was MORE expensive and worse quality. NEVER AGAIN!

Easy I use PayPal to be safe. Clothes are nice need to buy one 3 sizes bigger then I wear they run small
