Bad experience with chic me. The sizes of the items are wrong.

The blouses were too small and it took to long to receive them

The problem I have is one... I needed the order ASAP but was not given an option when ordering to get express
2) As SOON as I ordered I tried to reach someone to help w/rush, no help for at least 24 hours, but then no one assisted me, instead I was told the order would be put out and "should be shipped" within 7 days... well
3)I didn't receive my order for 3 and a half weeks! I'm livid about the lack of help, the slow order in spite of the fact I asked for help several times, then the unfashionably late delivery! I don't want the order and I need to return it please. I'm disgusted that there was not more concern down for me and I was trying to be a customer. I don't want the order

The material was very tin and not as picture on the website The white is not fully white The pockets wasn't as bright as the one the model was wearing on the website. Overall the material is soft it a cute summer dress for holiday.

I tried to send these back as I was not happy with the quality and fit as not one of them fitted and all looked nothing like the photos and was told to take 10% refund and keep the dresses? And that I must send back with the most ridiculous postage if I really want to send back. Took 30% in the end but I'll only throw away. Won't even try pass them on or sell them as I'll only be selling a fake to! Nothing like the photos
