Buyers Beware! I was sent defective merchandise and they still refused to give me a refund. I only wish I had read their reviews before I placed my order. I'm dealing with Afterpay right now to try to get a refund. Chic Me's scam is they offer you a 10% refund while reminding you that it will be both costly and time consuming to return the item. There clothing is cheap, incorrectly sized and came smelling horribly of chemicals. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Postage took a while. One dress was disappointing but the rest ok. Nothing perfect but I can work with them all
I am very happy with the products. However, one was too big so I wanted to return it and when I contacted the customer service team they informed it was very costly to do this which I was unaware of. They did offer me a 20% refund but now I am left with a dress that's no good for me and I can't sell it. If I had known this I may not have ordered two dresses.
