Chic me doesn't let you return items unless you contact them through a chat site which is nearly impossible to reach and you have to download an app to do so. Then when you finally reach them they tell you you had seven days to return. Gross. Now I'm stuck with a piece of their horrible clothing which isn't worth a dollar.
Liked the variety of clothes but too many options.
The jacket is great, just runs a little small in size and the buttons make a lot of noise while wearing it so not ideal. But over all great design and looking jacket.

I will never order from this company again. I never received my order but they took my money since 9/30/21 and it's now 10/14/21. I received a tracking number that a labeled has been created, but USPS say they don't have any information on my order. This is a horrible experience for me i would never order from this company again. The customer service system doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. You can only place a ticket and there responses are no help.
This is the second time I've ordered from chic me and once again I'm highly delighted you do wait a while to receive your items but it's well worth the wait 10/10 from this happy customer can't wait till the next time

Never again, bad experience when I received the dresses they were damaged and they were not what I expected. The only reason why i didn't return them was because I had to pay more for shipment then the cost of the dresses

I returned the majority of the order USING THEIR LABEL and they claim they never received notification from their warehouse... I was charged over $100 for GARBAGE QUALITY merchandise that I did not receive

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
