I ordered a pair of pants that were super cute in the photo on Chic Me site. I received my pants and they were not the ones I ordered, the zipper was broken and they did not fit at all. I tried for 3 days spending 3 hours each time in the Live Chat and had never been able to speak with anyone. I emailed next with the picture of the pants that were WRONG and a picture of the zipper broken. I finally got a response on the 3rd day and Nancy told me that the pants were the ones I order and for me to basically fix the zipper on my own and that was it. I then send a picture of the pants I ordered with the order number from my account and now NOBODY will help me. This is SOOOOOO messed up and BAD Customer Service, RUDE a** support workers. I am PISSED, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, FREAKING SCAMMERS..

Buy it, you keep it! They are the WORSE for returns. They are asking for package weight on a flat rate package and claims they can not issue a refund washout the package weight. I am not asking for postage refund. I paid my postage, only asking to refund the items I returned. They keep giving me the run around. Can't "talk" to anyone all you get is submit a ticket. You can only talk to someone if you are "buying". Their clothing are good for the most part but not great. I swear this was the WORSE return experience I have ever had. I wish I can give them 0 star. I will NEVER order from them again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
