It was hard to deal with customer service that was not immediate. I had to wait 24 hours before a response and that was frustrating.
I love one of the products it's beautiful but sent something I didn't order or does not look like the picture, love to buy some more products but unsure due to mistake.

I wish I could give zero stars however, one will do. I ordered two jackets back on November 8th. I received an email stating it was delivered on the 24th of November. Since then I have been trying to reach agents via email and their WhatsApp to help assist me. I am still with out my item or a refund and it is now the 10th of December. Just 15 short days until Christmas and I have been completely ripped off. This is the first and last time I buy with them. If you're looking to shop I advise finding a business more reputable with reliable customer service.
I thought I will wait to receive my package but I didn't. I don't regret my purchase and the price with ChicMe is very affordable. I already ordered more clothes and promise I will take pictures next time.

I had realistic expectations for what I was ordering and am please overall. The items I got are cute, suit my needs and fit my budget. The shipping worried me as I did t get any updates for 2 weeks then BAM, my order was delivered. Do not wait before a trip to order otherwise you will be upset

Two of the items were unsuitable (poorly made/too small) but the ChicMe Returns process was deliberately and unnecessarily difficult and I couldn't be bothered going through the unsatisfactory process so I kept the items even though they don't please me. I will never purchase from this company again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
