My item took ages to arrive. Flinsy cheap looking item. Very small and poor fit
Seems to be a running theme that it is impossible to return any items. The chic me representative I am speaking to has had a back and forth conversation with me for a week. Basically saying, it will cost you £20 to return to USA so we will give you 30% refund. The reason am returning is due to the quality and style of the item. I don't want it and I want my money back... but it looks as though this will be impossible. My advise is to avoid at all costs
The delivery time took longer than stated. When it arrived the clothes are of a poor quality. Try to return, initially won't give me a returns address although it says on the site "easy returns". Find out there is only 1 returns now in USA even though it says on the site numerous places so is now going to cost me a lot to return! Nothing easy about the returns process. Wouldn't order anything again!
The 3 sweaters I ordered were all VERY CHEAPLY made and are horrible. I will not ever order from this company again.

When sending your items back for a refund within the allotted 14 days, you have to contact them to start the return. They ask for a pic of your unworn items and then give you an address to ship them over to California. They ask you to provide the tracking number for whatever company you choose to ship your items as well as the weight of the package. I sent my tracking info but didnt get the weight of the items. My package was recieved in their facility on Dec 3rd it is now Dec 10th and they claim they cannot issue me a refund because they don't have the weight of the box! What kind of crap is that? Never in the history of EVER have I heard of a company not issuing a refund due to weight! Horrible customer service. And while i do understand I dropped the ball with providing the info they asked but come on! I'm down 130 dollars and no clothes. THIEVES!

Firstly I had no idea it was coming from China. Secondly as this was £30 I expected high Street quality but it was cheap, falling apart and had a really bad odour and as its from China its impossible to send back. I got this as a present so part the 14 days so unable me to return now. Unhappy and will not show here again
Beware if you don't like your item or even if you simply want to exchange you'll be paying the return shipping! Never buying from them again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
