Two of the items were unsuitable (poorly made/too small) but the ChicMe Returns process was deliberately and unnecessarily difficult and I couldn't be bothered going through the unsatisfactory process so I kept the items even though they don't please me. I will never purchase from this company again.

It took a little long for the boots to come but I am very satisfied.

Its a bit small. XL was the biggest size and its too small but I am hoping to lose some weight. Hopefully it will fit me better then.

Everything went smooth, the order was placed and the arrival was on time.

The items came late, smelly, not new, no tags, terrible Body odour. The customer service I received was terrible - Chic Me refused to pay the postage to return the item for a refund, they only offered a refund. I had to go through paypal to cover the postage (which was half the amount of the order). There was no apology or acknowledgement that the items were not new and in terrible condition. I would not recommend to anyone.

It was a quick and easy purchase, and the shipping was on time. The texture of the jackets was a bit disappointing.

The stuff are easy to select and I am hoping that the quality of the stuff will be nice as photographed. Other it was easy to select affordable items

I like 2 of the three items. Came late so wasn't able to wear them when I had planned so I guess I will have them for next year.
