Everything came within a reasonable amount of time. It was easy to find and purchase the items. I haven't worn all of them yet but will get to it soon.

I received the cardigan which looks nothing like the the picture on the website ChicMe can only give 50% refund on the item even though they are sending out items that look nothing like the there description not even grey the top was not sent out but will give me full refund if I send back which will cost £27 but know refund either on postage so either way I will still be loosing money as ChicMe have not provided me with the cardigan I ordered just sent out a cheap cardigan different colour
And think that 50% discount is ok for there mistake

Slippers run too big and wide!
Plus I ordered 1 size 36 but all 3 came in size 37. It would be fine but because they are so wide, my foot slides right thru!

The dresses I ordered were the worst quality! They looked so cheap and had holes in and broken zip and frayed edges! Really bad! I was gutted! Then told basically that the postage to return to USA works cost so much! I'm literally outing the dresses in the bin snd have water my money, I'm so upset and bitterly disappointed! I will tell people to avoid this site!

The representative answers quick thats one good thing, My experience was not so great I'm disappointed I had to keep product that was to small for me and some stuff I didn't like I was told it cost to much for the company to do a return and that I would have to pay for the shipping cost very bad business it's a shame customers are treated this way that should be on the website help you decide to shop with Chicme or not, I will not shop here again.

Shoes as pictured. The price was excellent and the fit is comfortable, for a high heel shoe. I anticipate being able to wear these standing for three hours without a problem.
