I want to know how can I get this situation rectified with Chicme, I have ordered 3 matching sets and only recieved 2 after waiting so long. On December 1,2021, they send a notification that one of the item was out of stock. I email back requesting a refund on that item only to get a reply saying that all items have been shipped. When looking at the tracking clearing you can only two items been shipped yet the person was telling me otherwise. Now I have received my package so disgruntled because its only two items been delivered.
I really need answers.
Everything came within a reasonable amount of time. It was easy to find and purchase the items. I haven't worn all of them yet but will get to it soon.
I received the cardigan which looks nothing like the the picture on the website ChicMe can only give 50% refund on the item even though they are sending out items that look nothing like the there description not even grey the top was not sent out but will give me full refund if I send back which will cost £27 but know refund either on postage so either way I will still be loosing money as ChicMe have not provided me with the cardigan I ordered just sent out a cheap cardigan different colour
And think that 50% discount is ok for there mistake

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
