Los productos son atractivos, pero tardan mucho en llegar. Dos veces me ha pasado que un artículo ya pagado no lo tenían en stock y fue larga la espera para recibirlos, ese y los otros que sí tenían pues esperaron a tenerlos todos para enviarlos.
En otra ocasión compré de acuerdo a su guía de tallas y estaban muy mal. En esa ocasión la atención al cliente fue nula

Good service and nicely packaged clothes that arrived together

This one absolutely looks like PJs. It's not a lot of items I return most are spot on. The picture wasn't clear enough and I assumed it was the same as the black and white suite I bought at the same time. They offered 10% on my next order or return at my own cost. $36 thrown away.

I bought an outfit for myself for my birthday waited weeks for it. Measured myself bought my size following size guide. I am a 12, it came in and was 3 times too big! When I asked for even exchange I was told no! I will never shop chicME again! You basically stole my money because it was donated to good will for someone who is actually a size 22 not 12. Also a that was my only thing I got for a big birthday that little sweatsuit was it so thanks chicME you suck!

The kind of fabric used for some items is not what I expected

The material did not look like the same material that the advertisement shown, it was very stretchy and very thin. Everything else was fine was fine,
I just didn't like it, except for the romper and the hair pieces.

It was ok. The items I received were OK but priceless I've could have gotten some of those items for less on other website

The shoes were much too big. Other things seemed fine.

Order took 6 weeks to arrive when did arrive both shirts where all rolled in a ball and tinkered

Ordered 2 items and they still hadn't arrived after a month. Had to get in touch to get a refund as they hadn't even dealt with mother at all at this point still

Great experience, there was a delay in one of my items and when I got in touch I was offered my other items to be sent out whilst waiting for the delayed item,

Each time that I've ordered from there I've had a problem with sizing either too small or too big

Bought my second pair of loose fit dungarees, had so many compliments with the black pair I bought the khaki as well.

Delivery seems to take a long time. Almost 4 weeks

I bought 2 tops both look exactly as th illustration. Good quality. Sizing a little in the large side
