Can't seem to reach anyone for a return. Why make it so hard?

I feel from the time that I placed my order it didn't ship really in a timely matter and I did not receive it in a timely matter. I'm not sure I'd order from you guys again.

I ordered too big of a size. I'm trying to do a return.

I have ordered from this site several times and I have yet to return anything. I get compliments every time I go out in a Shein outfit. Perfect for the high school teenager because so affordable and the products are stylish. The other thing I love is that you're able to put your measurement into the site and it will tell you exactly what size will fit you best.

This is my first order, delivery took over a month and the material was poor

They need to let you know what's happening with the order

The sizes are pretty accurate/some of the material was cheap/delivery took forever

I like my items pants thinner than expected but cute!

Product was good but I have to wear it back side front as its stitched incorrectly. Label also attached in wrong side and if I wear it with label behind the neck frock is other way around :(

Terrible took to long to get product. One to small the other cami too short. I was very disappointed because I needed it for that evening and had to go out and purchase something else. No, I won't return it I gave it away. My loss your gain. In the future I hope services are better.

Terrible company I ordered and nearly a month later still not dispatched emailed and was told the item wernt in stock I replied saying I needed for holiday then they said they could send the item they had in stock so asked if it could be fast tracked as was going away and wanted items for holiday still no reply terrible service

I ordered four different pieces of clothing and none of them fit properly. I need to return those and received an email for 10% off then keep them. I can't keep them they don't fit. Please send me a way to start my return for a refund.

I've waited over a month for delivery and I haven't received a satisfactory response yet, and I'm still waiting for my order just not good enough. And apparently can't get my money back

I ordered the items it took forever to ship and I still have yet to receive the items.

Loved the item but then noticed the writing on the front of the dress is backwards. (Guns n roses logo)
