The dress that came Is nothing like what Is in the picture, it's a real rip off!

Took too long to receive order, problem receiving it

Not the first time I have used ChicMe and yet again, they did not disappoint.
I will be using again in the future.

Everything came after Christmas and I had to go out and buy new things

So far so good just took longer then expected! It was not on time for it's intended use!

The process of buying was fine, but the product already had a large hole in the back when it arrived. Also, delivery notifications paired with shipping notifications was less than par.

Terrible not happy at all. Not at all like the picture. Not very well made

The order took weeks to arrive which was no good to me and when I tried to contact to find out where my order was, it was so difficult to get hold of someone to the point where I gave up, wasn't a pleasant experience at all

Worst experience ever. I will never buy from you guys again.

Items took quite a while to arrive and were not true to size

Didn't get in time for what I needed it for. Said it ships within 3 days, however it must take two weeks to process the order!

Shipping time and product received did not arrive in time, thankfully, cit allowed me time to order another dress for a wedding.! The dress was not so nice!

I would not recommend this jacket or ChicMe. The shacket is made of a strange very shiny material, not a fleece or soft flannel.
Nightmare Return Process- I've been trying to return them:
1st Chic Me makes the process difficult with chats and delayed responses.
2nd they offered me "a deal". 2 options neither of which was a full refund.
3rd when I rejected the deal options, they stopped communicating with me.
Not to mention, I ordered 3 items & I still haven't received the 3rd item after 2 months.

Very good experience however delivery took a lot longer than I expected. As long as you factor that In, it will be fine. I bought a dress for wedding but it didn't arrive. Next time, I'll shop here earlier.
