I would not recommend this jacket or ChicMe. The shacket is made of a strange very shiny material, not a fleece or soft flannel.
Nightmare Return Process- I've been trying to return them:
1st Chic Me makes the process difficult with chats and delayed responses.
2nd they offered me "a deal". 2 options neither of which was a full refund.
3rd when I rejected the deal options, they stopped communicating with me.
Not to mention, I ordered 3 items & I still haven't received the 3rd item after 2 months.
Very good experience however delivery took a lot longer than I expected. As long as you factor that In, it will be fine. I bought a dress for wedding but it didn't arrive. Next time, I'll shop here earlier.
ChicMe's return policy and avoidance of actually allowing returns is a major obstacle in ordering from ChicMe.

It would have been nice if I'd received my Christmas-print tops before Christmas, two out of three tops arrived after Christmas. I did receive an email saying I could cancel if I go online but having ordered them about 10 weeks earlier and from a Facebook advert, I no longer had a record of the site I ordered them from, and they didn't give a link to do that. So they arrived four days after Christmas. I will have to keep them for next Christmas. Very disappointed.
Ordering was easy. The quality and price were good. It took too long to get it. I'm glad that I ordered early.
Don't get me wrong as I luv the designs here, but differ from my usual sizes... My daughter got this as she size 8 uk, but this shirt was medium for about 37in bust, she only 34b, and fits, I luv the goods but if I like and ordering, I would have to order large, x large. Just don't agree with their sizes.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
